We provide expedited bouquet creation on a case-by-case basis, which is subject to a rush fee during busy periods or if we have a lot of orders to complete.

If you require this service, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we have the necessary stock ready for your pickup on time.

All orders of 7 stems or more, will include a customised bouquet card for free. Alternatively, the card can be left blank if you want to write your own message.

We offer tracked or signature required shipping throughout New Zealand/ Shipping prices vary depending on the size of your bouquet and your location, especially if you’re in a rural area.

Free local delivaery is available for bouquets over $150 within 15km of Bruce Pulman (subject to change during busy periods or special occasions). Orders below this amount are subject to a service charge.

For larger bouquets, regions outside of Auckland or delivery outside of local areas, please get in touch with us directly for a quote.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue out refunds. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your interest! However, we do not offer wrapping services for fresh or faux flowers that are not purchased from Bloomtique. We do however, offer a non-floral BYO service.
