Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be picked up or shipped.

Pickup Policy
The exact address will be provided before the pickup day. Please note that pickup availability may vary, and we will inform you when your order is ready for collection. You are welcome to collect your order at a time arranged with us, including weekends where available. If we are unavailable during your preferred pickup time, we will do our best to arrange an alternative time that works.

Late Pickup
If you do not collect your order within the agreed pickup time, a late fee may apply.

Local Delivery Policy:
Local delivery is available throughout Auckland. For local delivery, we will check whether someone is available at the delivery address. If no one is home, we will contact you or the recipient if contact details are provided. Depending on the situation, we may leave the bouquet in a safe place, leave it with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery at a later time. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the delivery fee may be charged again.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Areas:
We currently ship New Zealand wide.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Issues:
All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking shows delivered but no signature was obtained, please contact your local courier for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If your item arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order so we can assist. We may require photos of the damaged item for verification.
