We provide expedited bouquet creation on a case-by-case basis, which is subject to a rush fee during busy periods or if we have a lot of orders to complete. Depending on your rush order, we may only offer pickup.

We offer tracked shipping throughout New Zealand/ Shipping prices vary depending on the size of your bouquet and your location, especially if you’re in a rural area.

Free local-delivery is available for bouquets depending on our thresholds.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue out refunds. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

We do not offer wrapping services for fresh or faux flowers that are not purchased from Bloomtique. We do however, offer custom bouquets (money, snacks, bobo gifts, etc). Please get in touch so we can quote you for a custom bouquet.

Yes! You are more than welcome to purchase plushies or toppers without a bouquet. If you'd like to purchase, please send us a message so we're able to provide you with a discount code (as our shipping rates account for our bouquets).
