Can I order a bouquet for same-day pickup?

We provide expedited bouquet creation on a case-by-case basis, which is subject to a rush fee during busy periods or if we have a lot of orders to complete. Depending on your rush order, we may only offer pickup.

How much is local-delivery & shipping?

We offer tracked shipping throughout New Zealand, along with door-to-door delivery across Auckland. If you have any questions that aren’t answered in our Shipping and Delivery info please feel free to reach out!

What's your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue out refunds. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I bring fresh flowers or other items for you to wrap?

We do not offer wrapping services for fresh or faux flowers that are not purchased from Bloomtique. We do however, offer custom bouquets (money, snacks, bobo gifts, etc). Please get in touch so we can quote you for a custom bouquet.

Can I buy toppers with no roses?

Yes! You are more than welcome to purchase plushies or toppers without a bouquet. If you'd like to purchase, please send us a message so we're able to provide you with a discount code (as our shipping rates account for our bouquets).
