Shipping & Delivery Information

At Bloomtique, every bouquet is carefully prepared and packed at our home studio in South Auckland. Choose free pickup, local Auckland delivery, or tracked shipping throughout New Zealand.

Home Studio Pickup

Free pickup is available from our Bloomtique Home Studio.

Once your order is ready, we'll send you the pickup details and confirm your collection time. Orders are generally ready within 3 days, although turnaround may vary depending on the bouquet and order requirements.

Pickup is by appointment only. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect.

Need your bouquet sooner? Same-day and last-minute pickup may be available depending on our schedule. Contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer tracked shipping throughout New Zealand. Shipping rates are fixed at checkout based on your delivery region:

  • North Island (Auckland excluded)
  • South Island

All orders are carefully packaged to help protect your bouquet during transit. Please note that rural addresses may take longer to deliver.

Our bouquets require larger-than-standard packaging to help preserve their shape and presentation. Your shipping cost covers the materials required to securely package your bouquet, including the box, wrapping, protective materials, cellotape and other packaging supplies, as well as the courier cost associated with sending a larger parcel.

As every bouquet is handmade and prepared to order, we take extra care when packaging each order before it leaves our studio.

All bouquet shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Auckland Local Delivery

We offer door-to-door local delivery across most Auckland suburbs for a flat fee of $25.

Local delivery is handled by our courier partner and is available across our regular Auckland delivery areas. Delivery coverage may vary depending on the exact address and courier availability.

If your address falls outside our regular local delivery area, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option, such as tracked NZ shipping where available.

Sunday Delivery

Sunday delivery is available for selected nearby Auckland areas, subject to availability. These deliveries are personally fulfilled by Bloomtique and are limited to our local Sunday delivery range.

Local Delivery Process

A valid recipient phone number is required for local delivery.

Our courier may contact the recipient if:

  • No one is home at the time of delivery
  • Access instructions are required
  • The address needs clarification
  • An alternative delivery arrangement is needed

Providing a correct address and working phone number helps ensure your bouquet can be delivered successfully.

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If no one is home, the courier may, depending on the circumstances:

  • Leave the bouquet in a safe and sheltered location
  • Leave it with a neighbour or other suitable person
  • Contact the recipient or Bloomtique for further instructions

Where a bouquet is left unattended, we recommend bringing it inside as soon as possible. Bloomtique and our courier partner cannot be responsible for damage, loss or deterioration occurring after a completed delivery, including damage caused by weather, theft, pets, children or other circumstances outside the courier's control.

If collection and redelivery is required after a delivery has been completed, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Times

Local delivery is a same-day courier service, however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, routing, access and delivery volumes.

If your order needs to arrive at a specific time, please let us know when placing your order. Time-sensitive deliveries may require prior approval and an additional fee.
